Shipping Policy:

All non-digital items will be shipped within 2-4 business days of purchase. Shipping time depends on the carrier that was selected at checkout. Once the package leaves my possession, it is the responsibility of the mail carrier.

(All digital items (PDF downloads) are emailed to you via digital download after purchase is complete.)

 

Return/Refund Policy

All digital items are non-refundable.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me directly at inthelightquilts@gmail.com and we will discuss refund options.

My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned/refunded.

Exchanges: I will only exchange items if the incorrect item was sent to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
